The Superbuy warehouse is a specialized facility where your purchased items are received, inspected, stored, and prepared for international shipping. Located in China, the warehouse serves as the intermediary between domestic sellers and international buyers. When you purchase items through Superbuy, sellers ship them to the warehouse first, giving you the opportunity to inspect and consolidate before international shipping.

The warehouse provides several key services: quality control inspection, photo documentation, storage, repackaging, consolidation, and customs declaration preparation. These services are designed to give you maximum control and confidence in your international purchases.

Warehouse Process Flow

The warehouse process follows a clear sequence that ensures every item is properly tracked and inspected. When your seller ships the item, you receive a tracking number for the domestic shipment. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the item is scanned, logged, and queued for inspection.

• Item is placed in queue for quality control inspection
• QC photos are taken and uploaded to your account
• You receive notification that inspection is complete
• You approve the item or request a return
• Approved items are stored in your warehouse space

Storage Services and Duration

Superbuy provides free storage for 90 days from the date of item arrival at the warehouse. This generous storage period allows you to accumulate multiple purchases over time and consolidate them into a single efficient shipment. After the free period, a small daily storage fee applies.

Parcel Consolidation

Parcel consolidation is one of the most valuable warehouse services. When you have multiple items in storage, you can request consolidation into a single shipment. This reduces shipping costs by combining the base fee and optimizing the total weight-to-volume ratio.

The consolidation process includes repackaging items into a single box, removing unnecessary packaging to reduce weight, and creating a single shipping label with accurate customs declarations. This service typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.

Packaging Options

Superbuy offers various packaging options to balance protection and cost. Standard packaging uses bubble wrap and boxes appropriate for the item type. You can also request special packaging for fragile items, or request removal of original packaging (such as shoe boxes) to reduce shipping weight.
